KAMADHENU SCHEME
- The minimum installment amount is Rs 1000.
- Duration of the plan is 11 months
- Customer will be eligible for the scheme only after completing 11 months of installments. Company will add 1 month bonus as instalment for12th month.
- GST applicable
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before enrolling in the smart gold purchase plan. By enrolling in the smart gold purchase plan, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions :
Instalment Amount:
• The minimum instalment amount is Rs. 1000( max upto 50,000).
• The first instalment amount will be fixed for every month.
• The 5th date of every month will be the enrolment day of each month. For example, if the first instalment was done on 5th July, the next due date is 5th August, then 5th September and so on.
Transferability and Merging:
• The smart gold purchase plan is not transferable and cannot be merged or linked with any other plans or offers in the future.
Payment Methods:
• All payments can be made online through the designated payment portal.
• Alternatively, payments can also be made using payment methods available at Sri jeyaprabha Jewellers Pvt Ltd.
Purchase Timeframe:
• The Jewellery must be purchased after completion of 12 months from the date of enrolment but purchase within 15 days of completion of the scheme.
• Failure to purchase of Jewellery within the stipulated time will not be refunded.
• Email and letter notices will be sent to remind customers of the impending purchase timeline.
Goods and Services Tax (GST):
• GST will be charged on the full amount of the purchased Jewellery.
• The GST amount will be fully borne by the customer.
General Terms:
• The Jewellery smart gold purchase plan is subject to applicable laws and regulations.
• The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the smart gold purchase plan at any time, without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
• The most recent version will be applicable to all members of the smart gold purchase plan.
• All disputes arising from or related to the smart gold purchase plan shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of madurai ,Tamilnadu,India.
• The company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused due to factors beyond its control.
• The member acknowledges that the smart gold purchase plan does not guarantee the availability of specific designs or models of Jewellery.
• The company reserves the right to refuse service, terminate membership, or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of the terms and conditions.
