The group was founded by the visionary Mr KVK Rajendra Prabhu, who began in hospitality industry. Mr.KVKR Prabaharan took the group into precious jewellery business and carved a name for himself. He had served as Vice President of Tamil Nadu Jeweller’s Federation (TNJF) & Chairman for Exhibition Organising Committee between 2011 and 2015.

In 1989, after getting well- established Jeyaprabha Jewellers Private Limited was duly incorporated.
